ROBERTA PINHEIRO FARINON has been a partner at Farinon, Carvalho da Silva & Advogados Associados since 2010.

She graduated in Law from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (UNISINOS) in July 2005.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and a postgraduate degree in Labour Law, Labour and Social Security Procedural Law from Instituto de Desenvolvimento Cultural (IDC).

Roberta conveys a solid cultural background and her work focuses primarily on Port Labour Law, where she stands out for her broad knowledge and large courtroom experience. She also has expertise in administrative contentious matters, particularly in respect to fines issued by the several federal, state, and municipal supervisory and regulatory bodies.

 She is a Member of the Special Committee of Maritime, Aeronautical, Port, Customs and Waterway Law (CEDMAPAH) of the Brazilian Bar Association (CEDMPA) – Rio Grande do Sul Chapter.
