LUCIANE MODERNEL MENDES has been an Associate at Farinon, Carvalho da Silva & Advogados Associados since November 2010.

She graduated in Law from Universidade Católica de Pelotas (UCPel) in January 2006.

She is currently taking a postgraduate course on Civil Procedural Law at Universidade Castelo Branco.

Luciane was elected a Board member of the Brazilian Bar Association – Rio Grande/RS Chapter for the 2016/2018 term.

Her work is focused primarily on Port Labour Law, as well as on Civil and Procedural Law. Luciane is very familiar with procedures in the courthouses and is admired for her legal skills.
